• Visit the Trappe Book Center to review books and select titles or choose from our list of predetermined selections.
• Ask students and teachers to recommend a “wish list” of titles and series for your fair.
• Schedule preview days for the students and the teachers.
• Conduct a poster contest to advertise your book fair.  (We award $25 gift certificates: one to the teacher and one to the student selected as winners.)
• Set up “wish lists” for teachers.
• Prepare an order form and provide it four weeks before the fair.  (We can help if applicable.)
• Coordinate your book fair with other events at your school.

• Provide book marks for each purchase.
• Provide adding machines.
• Provide means for accepting credit card payments.

• Consider extending your book fair into our store for an extra week.  (% off coupon will be handed out for use in the store.)
• We can special order specific titles for you.
• Pack up book fair returns and wait for invoice.
• Receive your benefits one of three ways:

  • combination
    • sales <$100: 15% cash + 25% books
    • sales $1000-$2000: 20% cash + 30% books
    • sales $2000-$4000: 25% cash + 35% books
    • sales >$4000: 30% cash + 40% books
